We've made it easy for you to update and change your e-mail address.
We prefer to send notice of our customer's Purchase and Sale Statements by e-mail. Our regulators, the CFTC and NFA have approved e-mails as a manner we can use us to communicate this information to our customers. This saves our customers both time and the mailing fee we impose for customers that perfer to have this information sent by regular post mail. Quarterly and Month end statements are sent by post free of charge. Daily Purchase and Sale Statements are not available post free. Given that e-mail addresses are free of charge, it's benefical when and where an e-mail address can be used.

We cannot make changes to your home or business's post mail address by e-mail.
That change can only be done by you hand signing and sending a letter of that change to us. When making changes to your mailing address, be sure to include your: Name, Account Number, updated telephone numbers and hand sign the letter.
