5:00 AM CST through 1:00 AM CST the following trade day.
Our Trade Desk is not staffed 24-hours a day. The Trade Desk closes between 1:00 AM CST and 5:00 AM CST Monday through Thursday, except on holidays which present special situations.
At 5:00 PM CST on Fridays our Trade Desk closes and typically reopens on Sundays, at 5:00 PM CST.
When our Trade Desk is not staffed, as long as the underlying Futures Exchange and specific markets on that exchange are open, our customers can place their own fully electronic orders. Customers should be able to receive acceptance, rejection and fill notices on their fully electronic orders....all automatically.
Holidays present special situations.
We strongly recommend you contact your Linn Group Representative to find out the different exchanges trading hours, what markets on the exchanges will be open, when those markets will open, close and hours the our Trade Desk will be staffed.
