Should you have questions that need answering, we can answer most of them over the phone without a tutorial, or we can setup an online tutorial instantly for you to join and see how the trading platforms operate.
The times of the tutorials can be set to meet your future schedule or take place in many cases instantly. Our support staff is located in Chicago, Illinois which means, depending on the time of year, we're either on Central or Daylight Standard Time. We are very flexible and know that your time is important.
In these live tutorials you will learn about shortcuts and features contained in Linn-IraCharts that you may not be aware of. Some of the features covered include: creating multiple charts on one workspace, creating custom quote pages, using and modifying indicators, adding text, drawing trend lines, symbol search, creating options pages and accessing options charts from our options page, saving personal settings, accessing time and sales, position monitor, working order monitor, account information window, changing the preferences of the look, font and colors of the individual users software, accessing and applying the different features of our Robust Order Entry Platforms and much more.
