We've made it easy for our customers to update their e-mail address.

We prefer to send notice of our customer's Purchase and Sale Statements by e-mail. Our regulators, the CFTC and NFA have approved e-mails as a manner we can use us to communicate this information to our customers. This saves our customers both time and the mailing fee we impose for customers that prefer to have this information sent by regular post mail.

Quarterly Statements are sent free by post and e-mail. Monthly Statements, assuming a trade was made, are also sent free by post and e-mail. Daily Purchase and Sale Statements are sent free by e-mail but not by post. The fee for having Daily Purchase and Sale Statement sent by post is listed in our Service Charge Section.

To keep your e-mail address with us current, simply fill out the above form and click submit.

Changes to your home or business's post mail address cannot be changed by e-mail. For changes to those, we require a signed letter from the account holder(s).

When making a change to your postal address, be sure to include your: Name, Account Number, updated telephone numbers on the hand signed letter.
